PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED 📦

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with anyone in your household, neighbors, or around your delivery area, including your mailbox, front door, porch, or other designated delivery locations.

Please also allow 24–48 hours, as packages can occasionally be marked as delivered before they are physically received.

If you still cannot locate your package after this time, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to file a missing package claim.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, The Kylee Valentine Experience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

We are happy to provide any available tracking information to assist you, but customers are responsible for contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues.

Each press-on nail set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

• During peak order periods: 2–3 weeks

💋 LIP PRODUCTS

All lip products require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
