SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES 📦

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed or updated. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.

PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED 📦

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with anyone in your household, neighbors, or around your delivery area, including your mailbox, front door, porch, or other designated delivery locations.

Please also allow 24–48 hours, as packages can occasionally be marked as delivered before they are physically received.

If you still cannot locate your package after this time, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to file a missing package claim.

Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, The Kylee Valentine Experience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

We are happy to provide any available tracking information to assist you, but customers are responsible for contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues.

Thank you for your understanding! 🩷
